I believe that connection is essential.
The connection between body and mind, for the health of people.
The connection between entrepreneur and enterprise, to make the right choices.
It is my mission to help people become aware of that connection.
I am a connector with a sharp eye for what can be better, and with the energy to actually set things in motion. At 15 I started my first business, driven by the urge to fix what wasn't working. Yet I then chose the conventional path: I studied in Utrecht, Dublin and Amsterdam, and accepted a position in government.
But something chafed. The fixed frameworks of the system didn't fit me. After five years and two long journeys, I decided to return to my entrepreneurial nature. I made the move to the business world, where I worked for years with fast-growing startups and international scale-ups in tech.
The loss of my father and the insights from his illness brought me back to the essence of what truly matters to me: listening to the body, living from connection, and building something that genuinely makes the world better.
After a period of personal deepening and a sabbatical with my family, I decided in 2023 to devote my life to my life's mission: honouring the connection between body, mind, society and earth through the realisation of Healing Grounds.
My work for entrepreneurs grew alongside this. Since 2026 I integrate building Go-to-Market strategies with the energetic connection between entrepreneur and creation. I help entrepreneurs translate insights from a deeper awareness into a concrete, grounded strategy for their business.
I am honest, sharp and gentle at once. Present in the moment and in what it asks of me (and still very much human, not a Buddha).
I have woven my background in the dynamic startup world together with energetic work. Through my work for Healing Grounds, a second direction has emerged: the in-depth conversations I have with health professionals proved so powerful that I now offer this as a standalone service.

Many health professionals know deep down what they do and for whom, yet find it hard to put into words. Through an in-depth conversation, partly guided by meditation, I bring the core of your work to the surface. What remains is clear language that resonates: for your website, your bio and all your communications.
